Hi All,
As we continue to move forward with the children's centre agenda, it appears that across the UK, like so many other frontline services, our funding continues to be reduced.
How is this being managed at either centre or local authoirty level?
What are your topi tips for making the money go further and ensuing that families who need our support receive it in a timely manner?
How do you continue to meet Ofsted requirements and deliver the core purpose on an ever decreasing budget?
Perhaps we can all share best practice ideas to enable everyone to continue to deliver the high quality servcies required by families.
